Join Sukriti for an afternoon of slow, simple practice. There will be instruction in gentle movements, and relatively still “yin” type postures, aimed at inviting our bodies to become more receptive to seated meditation. We'll be using the basic practice method of "focus, relax, repeat..." (a Tom Alden teaching). Following meditation, there will be time reserved for more questions, reflections and discussion. Every practitioner will likely discover their own joys and challenges, but having said that, this workshop is designed for all types of bodies and experience levels. Only openness & some patience is required. Note-taking tools are also welcome.
