Our team is interested in teaching yoga as a profound method for self-care and exploration. While our regular classes expressions of that interest, there is rarely enough time to dive into specific techniques, and strategies for working with various types of physical, emotional, intellectual suffering.
Each month a different Bow Street teacher will take the time to describe their process of self-care through yoga.
In February, Ryan Hill will lead a two hour workshop on unravelling tension from the neck and shoulders! Ryan will combine active and passive asana as well as some innovative self-massage techniques to help unwind the upper body.
