Self Care Series: Unwind practice for Emotional Release


Our team is interested in teaching yoga as a profound method for self-care and exploration. While our regular classes expressions of that interest, there is rarely enough time to dive into specific techniques, and strategies for working with various types of physical, emotional, intellectual suffering.

Each month a different Bow Street teacher will take the time to describe their process of self-care through yoga.


For January, Jenn Falk will be leading an extended unwind class geared towards emotional release and general sanity for the new year :-). 

$30 Drop-in | $10 for members | Double punch on a 10-class card

Refund Policy for workshops:

All workshop sales are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another workshop. If you notify us via email 72 hours in advance we can transfer your registration to different student. Please email if you have any questions.
