So much more important than peeling potatoes! Join Theresa for two hours of focused attention and group practice to center yourself before heading into your day.
You’ll spend some time in quiet meditation and reflect on all there is to be grateful for, followed by a strong all-around practice, an exploration of the hips, and a nice long savasana. Investing this time can set the tone for your whole day - practice for the traffic, for fun political debates with your family, for the unpredictable!
