Yoga Studies Course
LIMITED TO 10 STUDENTS | BEGINS JANUARY 2018
This year-long training is geared toward students looking to refine their understanding of yoga practice. The main focus of this program encouraging students to practice independently - to actually think about how yoga relates and frames what is happening on the mat and off. This sets the stage for sharing yoga with others in a variety of settings.
The training covers anatomy, awareness training through asana, pranayama and meditation, and basic teaching methodology! The small group setting ensures an individualized and conversational approach to practice.
*this program fulfills and surpasses the requirements suggested by Yoga Alliance at the 200hr level.
